01Pick a document

These four documents cover everything between us — how the website works, what data is handled, how refunds are processed, and the coaching contract itself. Read whatever applies to you.

DocumentWhat it covers
Terms of Service Using bethechangefitness.co.uk and the free tools (Macro Calculator, Flex Food, 30 Ways in 30 Days). Intellectual property, no-medical-advice disclaimer, governing law.
Privacy Policy What data is collected, why, who processes it, how long it's kept, and your UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 rights.
Refund Policy Your 14-day cooling-off period, Stripe one-off vs. recurring rules, Klarna pay-in-3 handling, and exceptional medical circumstances.
Coaching Service Agreement The contract for online 1-to-1 coaching — what's delivered, what's expected of both sides, communication, confidentiality, term, and termination.

02How to read this

Each document is written in UK English, in plain language wherever possible, and grouped into sections that can be navigated quickly. Defined terms are explained on first use. Where UK statute is cited, it’s named in full so you can look it up.

Buying coaching means agreeing to all four. The Coaching Agreement is the heaviest.

If you pay for a coaching package — Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, 12-Month, or any couples option — you’re consenting to the Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Coaching Service Agreement at checkout. These four documents form the contract between you and Be The Change Fitness.

03Plain-English contact

First-Draft Notice

This pack is a thorough first draft prepared for Julian Spiller’s review and intended to give Be The Change Fitness a defensible legal baseline. It is not a substitute for advice from a UK-qualified solicitor. Before relying on these documents for any significant legal exposure — a contested refund, an injury claim, a data complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office — have a solicitor review them and tune the language to your specific position.
